Mr. Rinaldi is licensed in Florida and Connecticut and is an active volunteer with Saint Johns County Legal Aid.  He enjoys cooking, hiking, and snowboarding and is a National Park enthusiast.   He lives with his wife and son in Fruit Cove, Florida.

​​Donato Rinaldi has been practicing law since 2008.  He is a dedicated consumer rights advocate with a strong record in foreclosure defense, debt defense, and all issues affecting consumers.  Mr. Rinaldi prides himself on always providing his best service in every case and offering straightforward advice to his clients.
 
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Rinaldi was a professional firefighter in Waterbury, CT for nearly 20 years.  During that time he took a military leave of absence from the Fire Department and spent 6 years in the United States Navy during Operation Desert Storm.  Assigned to the Arthur W. Radford DD-968, a Strike Destroyer, Mr. Rinaldi was deployed to the Persian Gulf in 1991.  After completing his military service, Mr. Rinaldi returned to the Fire Department as an active firefighter.
 
Although he loved being a firefighter, in 2005 Mr. Rinaldi had the opportunity to fulfill a life-long desire to attend law school.  In addition to receiving his law degree, Mr. Rinaldi completed a double major with a Master’s Degree in Trust & Wealth Management.
